Daniel Faichney is a versatile attorney who has represented and counseled clients ranging from multinational businesses to startups and entrepreneurs, in industries ranging from agriculture to high-tech, and in an array of situations.
He helps clients advance their interests in disputes, rise to the challenges of growth and change, and navigate situations of financial distress.
Before founding Differentiate Legal, he practiced with international law firms and boutique firms.
Prior to entering private practice, he served as a term law clerk for the Honorable Nannette Jolivette Brown, District Judge (now Chief Judge), United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
As a law student, he served as the Managing Articles Editor of the Journal of Criminal Law & Criminology. He also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Ruben Castillo, then-District Judge, United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Before law school, he completed two terms in the AmeriCorps national service program and served as a program director for a leading workforce-development organization based in Chicago.
